This policy explains what personal data Tanvi Fintech Private Limited ("Tanvi Fintech", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. It is written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers tanvifintech.com only. Our products — including CalcGuru, GST Bill Maker, TDS Guru, the working-file apps and our Chrome connectors — have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

We use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are read and how visitors reach the site. It sets cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website works fully without them.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it for us, under our instructions, to run this website:
- Hostinger — website hosting and our email service.
- Google — website analytics, and the mailbox to which copies of enquiries are delivered.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority or court.
6. Where it is stored
Your data is stored on the servers of the providers listed above, which may be in India or in other countries. Any transfer outside India is made only as permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and emails: for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and not more than three years after our last exchange with you — unless a law requires us to keep them longer.
- Early-access requests: until the product opens and we have told you, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever is earlier.
- Server logs: for about one year, for security, and then deleted.
- Analytics data: in aggregated form, for as long as it is useful to understand how the site is used.
When you withdraw consent, or once the purpose is served, we erase your personal data unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply, mailboxes are password-protected, and our providers apply their own security safeguards. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- have it corrected, completed or updated, and have it erased;
- withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it;
- have your grievances addressed by us; and
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapable.
To use any of these rights, write to info@tanvifintech.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and in any case within 90 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may then complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
11. Children
This website is meant for professionals and businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect.
